wtf happened?????

Ok so I had my weigh in friday and did amazing..down to 197.4..weekend went by and I thought I would hop on the scale this morning knowing I did a great job this weekend..and it said 202.4? wtf is that?? I know I didn't follow my plan the way I do during the week but I know I didn't do bad(never went over my calories) so why did my number go up?? I even went to the gym and did a cardio workout for an hour and a half yesterday! I am so aggravated this morning.

I'm not going to let that number bring me down..I am going to make sure I stay strict on my plan and go to the gym when time allows(busy week for me and the kids!) It is so much easier for me to follow my plan to a T during the work week as I don't have any temptation(well I usually don't but it totally depends on what office I am) I'm also going to make sure I drink enough water which I dont think I actually did this weekend.

Would really love to be at 190 this friday if at all possible..I know its alot to ask but I am determined and I will not give up...Bring it on!

    Keep your head high! Im sure others have already stated it, but you are going to flucutate 3-5 lbs daily. Dont beat yourself up over it. Try to pick one day to weigh yourself so the scale doesnt own you -- WAY eaiser said than done! I still catch myself peaking a look now and then!

    Our weight fluctuates by an average of 5 pounds. Water weight is quite often to blame. Honestly...stay off the scale! Let your body be the judge.
    How are you feeling?
    What is your energy level?
    Count on those types of things because the scale will make you crazy!
    This is how funky our bodies are...When you lose 10 pounds, it averages out to be a loss of 7 pounds of water, 2 pounds of muscles and 1 pound of fat.
    That's why it takes so much work. Once your body starts picking up momentum, it gets into the fat a little more...Which is good news!
    Just stay off the scale. Definitely don't weigh daily! If you need to, weigh weekly. Same day, same time, completely in the buff. 1st thing in the morning, is definitely the best time.
    Do not let that 5 pound fluctuation get to you!

    Stick to the plan... and don't relay on the scale. I realize this is an extremely difficult thing to do.

    I had the same problem few days ago,after going down 5 pounds in a week,i went up 3 of them a random day...i have solved the problem checking my weight less often because even if u want to keep going after a weight-in disappointment,its quite hard emoticon
