Ok so I had my weigh in friday and did amazing..down to 197.4..weekend went by and I thought I would hop on the scale this morning knowing I did a great job this weekend..and it said 202.4? wtf is that?? I know I didn't follow my plan the way I do during the week but I know I didn't do bad(never went over my calories) so why did my number go up?? I even went to the gym and did a cardio workout for an hour and a half yesterday! I am so aggravated this morning.
I'm not going to let that number bring me down..I am going to make sure I stay strict on my plan and go to the gym when time allows(busy week for me and the kids!) It is so much easier for me to follow my plan to a T during the work week as I don't have any temptation(well I usually don't but it totally depends on what office I am) I'm also going to make sure I drink enough water which I dont think I actually did this weekend.
Would really love to be at 190 this friday if at all possible..I know its alot to ask but I am determined and I will not give up...Bring it on!
