So...for the 2nd time, I can record a loss! Let me tell you, I was scared to step on that scale. I have tried to take very much to heart all the advice about focusing on feeling better, having more energy, clothes fit a little looser, etc....but it SURE is rewarding to also be able to see the scale go down, for the second week in a row! I'm especially pleased because "that time of the month" is due in the next few days so I figure I've got to be at the heavy end of the monthly variation. Really gives me motivation to keep going...
