I discovered that I didn't have my wallet on my when I wanted to board the tram on my way to work. Thank God I have a very understanding boss. When something like this happens I can either take the day off, or I can catch up on the work later. The work I'm doing at the moment can be done at home, so in this case I can take home with me on Thursday what I won't be able to finish that day, and finish on the weekend. Problem solved.

My legs are still sore like nobody's busyness. All I did was 3 sets of squats and 2 sets of split squats, body weight only. This is the exact reason I have been putting lifting off for so long. I just hope I can keep it going this time, because normally it gets less bad after a while. I do tend to stay sore longer than others. I did my calves last Wednesday and they are still sore 5 days later. I'm still not convinced that everything is Hunky Dory. Esp my intestines are still acting up.
