Week Two Review Jan 8-14

This week didn't go exactly as planned. I did not start strength training again. Although the doctor has agreed to wait on surgery, I am still having issues with my knee. I had to ice it down a few times after Curves this week, and am not able to support my weight on it when I get down on the ground. I should have started some upper body, but found other things to do instead. None of it productive. emoticon

Here are this week's results:

1) Average 10 glasses of water daily
2) 5 cardio sessions per week (split between Curves and walking)
3) Walk 12 miles per week
4) Average 10,000 steps daily (stretch goal for me was getting appr. 6,000)
5) Track all food daily and stay within calorie range
6) Get at least 60 grams of protein daily
7) Strength Training 2x per week

1) Drank 70 glasses of water, average 10 per day (WooHoo!!!) must continue though
2) 6 cardio sessions! Walked 3 days, and hit Curves for at least 45 minutes 3 additional days
3) Walked 11.70 miles during my 3 cardio walks, and got in 33.26 miles on my pedometer for all walking throughout the week.
4) Walked 65674 steps for an average of 9382 per day (down 600 per day from last week)
5) Tracked everything on the Nutrition Tracker
6) Missed one day of protein (only got 36 grams on Friday) otherwise was over minimum
7) None done

Focus for upcoming week:
1) Water
2) Increase steps
3) Upper body Strength training
