2012: Week 3 SMART Goals

SMART Goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely
Nutrition: Consume 1300 calories or less (daily), 3-5 f/v (daily), in range for p/c/f (daily)
My calorie range is 1250+, my church is participating in a 21 day fast so my goal during the fast will be to stay at the low end of the calorie range. I know I need to be prudent because I will still need to consume enough calories to allow for weight loss given calorie burn.
Fitness: 60 minutes cardio, and one spark video(daily)
I am participating in the January Jumpstart Challenge.
Motivation: One Year Bible entry and MUFHH devotion, plan meals ahead of time.
Accountability: Participate in Just Do It Team Challenge, January JumpStart Challenge, and Spark Florida Team's Golf Game.
Spread the Spark: Huddle with each of my Spark Teams (21) a minimum of two times this week, Comment on 2 members 1st blogs daily, Encourage at least 5 Spark Friends per day!
