Gotta start by saying how about them Niners??!!!! woohoo!!! Know I burned some calories watching that game! lol

My eating is doing okay. Not eating the healthiest but am eating smaller portions and not as often. And am not getting formal exercise but am moving and getting stuff done around the house; not spending all weekend sitting on my butt so that is a huge improvement!

Had wrestling friday night and it was a weird gym where bleachers were on the upper level so had to climb steep stairs to our seats, and back down to the bathrooms, concessions, etc. And today I was doing housework that involved more than a dozen trips up and down the stairs. Not alot for a healthy person but every trip up the stairs leaves me out of breath so feel like it's a good workout for me.

Other than a meeting on Tuesday I have a fairly quiet week so no excuses. Planning on getting some more movement/exercise in and hopefully some housework.

I printed off some motivational statements and put a few in my kitchen and a few in my purse to take to work..something to remind me that I'm not perfect, small steps work best and to not let one slip up ruin an entire day or week...etc

And thats about it for today. Nothing exciting, or funny or profound to write about. Just an update. :)
