Another pound -- defininitely going in the wrong direction!!
My goals for the week were --
At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week. Got in 2 times
Core work at least three times this week. Done
64 oz of water a day. Done
Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty. Managed 3 days out of 5.
Cut down on the diet soda. Didn't do very well here.
Continue the clutter clearing. Did a bit, not enough.
I will have the same goals for the next week and work on portion control.
