Good Week Overall

I started out strong this week but I fell off after Thursday. I had a bit of a busy weekend and I wasn't able to fit in exercise. The good news is that I recognize that the weekend seems to be the hardest time to get to the gym so moving forward into next week I know what I need to focus on.
I spent the evening cooking with my daughter while my son spent some free-time doing math. Jazz made Ackee n saltfish w/green bananas and I tried out a SP recipe for mango salsa (which turned out great and the kids even liked it
Effective manana I WILL be back on my "A" game.
Goals for next week:
1. exercise at least 30 minutes EVERYDAY
2. 50 crunches
3. 50 push ups
