I shoplifted *facepalm*

Not fully though. I turned around when I realized what I did. I had just done 2 hours of cardio (not supposed to do that, I know). I was EXHAUSTED! But on Sunday after class I always go to the grocery store. We only needed about 20$ worth of stuff so it wasn't a huge run. At the end I realized I forgot the Chayote squash I love so we went back to get it. The produce is right by the door. So what do I do? I forget why I was going to the produce section and forget I had groceries and completely just walk out to the car. The whole way my kids were like "Mom, mom, mom" but I kept telling to them to wait and tell me when we got to the car because the parking lots on Sunday are crazy. When we get to the car I start unloading the cart and then it hits me what I just did. I pack everything back up in the cart, walk back in, the manager is GLARING at me, and pay for the stuff. We get back to the car, upack the cart, and drive home. When we get home I go to unpack the car and I realize I forgot to take the eggs back in to pay for them... I called the store to tell them what happened and the lady just laughed and told me to forget about it. I feel like such a nerd.
Moral of the story: working out for 2 hours apparently rots your brain.

Well done. You did what's right! I'm sure the store has dealt with worse...like those who don't come back! Good story and thanks for sharing

Proof that exercise is not good for you! LOL

You know what, that shows how wonderful of a person you are that you did go back in and pay. The manager can glare all they want because its not like he ran after you or said anything!

I did this with a little shirt at Gap at the mall before Christmas.. just walked out with it under my arm (I was carrying other things) I panicked when I got outside.... like I was gonna get arrested or something (it was on clearance for like $3) I went back, too, my heart pounding the whole way like "maybe if I run I won't go to prison" lol. The cashier thought I was hilarious!
