Week 1 Down-notes/review

I finished my first week of 2012 since getting back from vacation!
The weeks started out okayish but got a lot better.
I am working on my eating and had very little energy MTW. On Wednesday I actually went to bed really early I was so tired. I've started adding oatmeal to the mornings I weight train and I think that is helping with the feeling tired all the time. I'll have to keep trying things to see what ends up working for me. Overally my calories were a bit high, but my food really good for me. I did have some pizza Friday with DH, then some left overs Saturday with a little chocolate. Overall a pretty good eating week.
I am really enjoying my weight training. It is something I made with the help of " The Leanness Lifestyle." Lots of free weights with goals for improving and reducing my body fat. I need to sit down later today and make a program for this week. Most of my exercises worked out well, but I need to modify a few.
The weather here was been really COLD! So I have moved my at home cardio to the basement (elliptical). I thought I would get some jogging in, but the wind and wind chill have been so bad,- especially pre-dawn, that I haven't wanted to go out. BRRR!
Work has started out pretty well, which really helps with the stress. DH starts his new job Monday (yah!). I really hope it is a good fit for him, or at least good enough.
