Today has truly been a relaxing day. Nice rest day.
I got up super early - like 5:15am and made my Man some baked oatmeal before he had to head out for work. Just set the oven on autotimer and went back to bed once I got it in there. Slept in until past 8:00... Wonderful. Ate a healthy breakfast of Greek yogurt and granola and went to church with Little Boy. Great time there. So glad I went.
Back home, I have pretty much just been a lazy lady all day. I did, however, pop a little somethin-somethin' in the oven a few minutes ago... A pumpkin cheesecake for the boys. And a mini one for me! Put it in a tiny little pyrex dish to the side with no crust. Gluten-Free!
So, I got my little Single Serving Splurge sitting in the oven, baking away... a little treat after 7 straight days of killin' it. And I'm sitting here thinking about my goals for the next week. Gotta make them good, because this is my last week before Grad school starts back up. YUCK.
SO, without further ado... GOALS FOR THE WEEK:
1. Run 3 times. At least 10 miles
2. Complete the 30 day shred. If my calculations are right, I only have 5-6 days left!
3. Do yoga 2xs
4. GLUTEN-FREE all week
5. Do my daily Bible Devotion each morning before starting work... Really puts my mind/heart into a good place and gives me a right perspective on things.
6. Bootcamp class 3 times
7. Stay on top of my cleaning/everyday routines at home. BTW - Have any of you heard of Flylady? This is totally one of my loves... Look'er up - www.flylady.net.
OK, that sounds about right. I'm feeling so good today. So calm, so happy, so content. My body is changing, but so is my mind. I'm feeling the effects of all those endorphins I've become an insane manufacturer of here lately... NICE. God's natural antidepressants.
