Thinking Good Things

This week I'm working on thinking myself thinner - I remember doing this before. I know it helps to imagine that you are really thin and only like to taste things. Ok to eat anything but remember that it isn't worth eating the whole thing.
Just picture yourself where you want to be, enjoy the company of others and take a taste. Leave at least part of what you take on your plate if you are eating out. If you are eating in only take half of what you normally would, eat slowly thinking about how good it tastes and how good you feel about being who you are and the size you are.
Then congratulate yourself when you do it! You can you know.

So I'll let you know tomorrow how I did - of course I could just tell you today!
