148? Enough is enough

Well, it's 2012. In the last 7 months I've gained 15 pounds. Eek. Not good. After keeping the weight off for 4 years, I can't let this happen now. So I'm back, I'm tracking, I'm going to stop eating like there are no consequences, and I'm going to get these poor neglected muscles back in shape. By the time we have our next SP GWA in Scottsdale, I'm going to be SMOKIN!

    Awesome! I'm so glad we're both back at this! I wish I'd gotten myself together before I gained so much weight, but it's all good. I know what needs to be done! We can do this!!
