OK BL week 4 wrap up
Our Turquoise Titans completed the challenge. 2 of our member did not complete it but they also did not weigh in this week so as far as I am concerned WE DID IT! Go Titans!

I did yoga this week. Joined this 28 day yoga challenge. Clicked the section for beginners. HAHAHAHHA..... JOKE this is not for beginners. I did what I could but I am interested in feeling successful so I would rather take a slower path and feel good about my accomplishments. I think the first day was the most reasonable for me so I will continue to do it! I did 1 day of strength training this week. Overall I improved in my minutes. Yoga is tough!
My personal challenge is water. 7 days 64 oz/day YES I CAN!!!
Week 5 ITC challenge: Make a list of five things you want to accomplish in the next five weeks (has to be for me not for others)....THIS IS HARD! I am trying to not make everything about weigh loss/exercise
1. Declutter some paperwork in my room
2. Take the belly dancing class at LA Fitness
3. Get a mani/pedi
4. Start back juicing/blending
5. Purchase a pair of shoes
