Just finished reading the article about the 10% rule. If I do that at my current weight which is 177 that would be a 17 lb lose to aim for. Which would be 160. I haven't weighed that much since before I got married in 2007. So I will give this 10% rule a try. I am working out twice a day at least plus 5 days a week I walk my daughter to and from day care which equates to about 63 minutes of walking pushing my 30 lb daughter in her stroller. By the way is that weight I should be adding to my own when I record the calories burned? Well for the moment I do not add it but I will look into that further. I am going to be steadily working toward losing that first 10% wish me luck!
