...but I snuck in 40 push-ups while I'm here in this study. They say no "vigorous" exercise, which I interpret at cardio - which I'm not doing. Getting in a tiny bit of strength training has made me feel a ton better. I think I'm going to keep "sneaking" small things in when I hit the bathroom - like squats, etc.
