2012: Week 2 in Review

Nutrition: eat within calorie limit
, stay within range on p/c/f (protein/carbs/fats
), drink 8 glasses of water, 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies (daily)
I stayed within calorie range and ate at least two servings of fruits and veggies every day. I was all over the map with regards to p/c/f ratio. couldn't seem to get a handle on it!!! Water intake is never really an issue with me.
Fitness: 30-60 minutes of cardio (daily)
, January Jumpstart Challenge Videos (5x week)
Missed one day of cardio.
Motivation: Read My Utmost For His Highest devotion and One Year Bible Daily Entry (daily)
Accountability: Participate in Just Do It Team Challenge,
Participate in Florida Team Golf game
, blog twice regarding progress (2x week).
Spread the Spark: Visit each of my Spark Friends this week and encourage them in their journey.
I know I did not make it by everyone's page, but i did stop by several each day.
