I got up early (6:45 a.m.) and worked out. My knee felt weird, so I walked a bit longer before breaking into my I ended up with the same mileage and calorie burn as last Saturday, which remains my second best for both.

Discovered my jeans are loose! Not weighing, just going by my clothes size, so that is a good sign that the weight aand inches are coming off!

We left the house at 8 and drove down to Ocotillo to do some target practice with friends. It was a fun day! Traisped back and forth through deep sand to the Jeep and feel like I got an extra workout! Drank 6 cups of water, but hope to get to 8 before bedtime!

Tomorrow is my day off...
