Happy Saturday Everyone!
I lost 1 pound this week. 1 lb......I will take it!
I have noticed that I drank ALOT of water this week....which was great.
I feel as if I have breakfast and lunch down okay, but I am still having a little trouble with the dinners. I am having trouble balancing them out. Dinners are still a bit heavy on the calories compared with the other meals and some nights it pushes me over my calorie budget. But this is a learning process and a lifestyle change. When I am making my menu plan this week, I will be paying closer attention to my dinner ideas.
I am started to take my kids and our puppy on a 30 min walk 3 times a week. It worked out really well this week. I want them to be able to learn healthy habits and not go down my same path.
