Day 347 - sore!

I think the sum total of my working out this week has just hit me. My body finally decided to get sore. I'm going to move around and get the blood flowing and see how I feel later.

Kick boxing is at 11:30 this morning... I'm not sure I'm going to make it, but I'm sure going to try!

Weigh in tomorrow, so I might do my own version of a 'last chance' work out tomorrow. So rest would be good today.
