Well I have a couple of workout goals I would like to set for myself. I want to do two 5k walks and one 10k walk here I my city this year. I feel I can do it! Yes I can! One of the walks is the Liver Walk. I've done the Liver Walk once before Years ago. It was to support for liver disease since my child was born with a liver disease and has received her first transplant in 2009 I want to do the liver walk in support of not just my child everyone that has or have a family member or friend that have a liver disease.
I'm pushing to do a 5k in May been looking online to find one in my area and see what it is that their supporting. Then the Liver Walk is in July and looking to do the 10k in September or October. So there you have it I have my goals set and pushing to complete my goals. I feel this is something to keep me motivated in to keep going. To have something to shoot for. Wish me luck!
