Thank Goodness Yesterday Is Over!

My morning is not going good today but yesterday was a horrible day. Aunt Flo came for her visit and she pushed in my "I Don't Give A F^@*!" button and it got stuck. I didn't go to the gym yesterday and ate horribly! My mood was terrible, my energy sucked.. I just didn't care about anything. Though, I did do my SP video for my January Challenge.

Today will be different despite the horrible beginning thus far. I wasn't able to go to the gym this morning because my husband went into work much much earlier for some overtime. I'll be doing my SP video and one of my cardio videos. Plus, I'm planning on cleaning my carpets today and that'll be a good workout in and of itself. After I drop my kids off at school I'm going to hit the grocery store and get some healthy food. Right now, I'm going to go do some meal planning. :)

    Just a suggestion to make your day better is the first thing you say after you wake up in the morning is...This is a glorious day and I'm going to have a great day. I will exercise, eat well and be in a great mood. I thank the Lord too for giving me the day. I go to bed in gratitude as well. It really makes a difference for me. I can control how I think about things even when I have a bad day I can usually find something good from it. I fell into a slump with negative thoughts and didn't even realize it. Someone pointed it out and got me started thinking differently. I realized soon I was doing that and changed it. I hope this might help you... emoticon
