Missed checking in yesterday. I made pubhouse cod and baked french fries for my kids the other night (did baked cod breaded in my melba toas t and spinach for myself) and snagged a couple of fries so no loss yesterday but maintained. Started reading the Beck Diet Solution (I think that is the name) and started using some of the techiniques in there so I did really well yesterday staying on track - i did cut out a melba toast and a fruit - and feel pretty good that today will go well also.

I am making a workout program for my son (almost 13) and his friend and found a great book with a 30 minute work out - I just blanked on the name - but it is utilizing highweight and 10 rep max. I am going to take my son the the rec center gym this weekend to introduce him to the equipment and will get him and his friend started next week.

I am going to make the spinach chips with my lunch today. Sounds yummy.

I am going to take my 7 year old daughter to Beauty and the Beast this weekend so it will be a challenge to keep my hands off the popcorn. Maybe I will take a bag of spinach chips with lots of salt with me.

Off to start my day.
