Committing to just one thing--walking 20 miles per week--is making a huge difference in my life. It's forcing me to get more sleep, so I wake up in time to get the miles in. It's making me schedule chores and cooking, so that tasks are actually getting done.
It's a SPARK-alanche! Rolling downhill, picking up speed. I dare anything to get in its way!
We had a our first taste of winter today in northwest Indiana (not as bad as the photo, that was last year) but I was out there getting some miles in and acclimating to the colder weather. 1,000 miles, here I come!
