Saw this on a friends blog. I changed a few questions and made the answers for me. Kinda fun! I'd love to see all your responses!
A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you?: Yes
B is for BIGGEST LOSER...Do you watch the Biggest Loser?: Every Tuesday if I can! Hard Work. Dedication.
C is for CHILDREN...you have?: None. Hopefully one of these days.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation?: Carbs. Love them.
E is for EXCUSE...what is your most famous? How can we help you overcome it?: Not cooking or planning my meals b/c I'm single, live alone and don't want to eat the same thing for every meal for 5 days.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have?: None currently.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with?: Whole grain pastas and bread. Grapes, strawberries, bananas. Hamburger.
H is for HOME...what state do you call home?: KS
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration?: There are so many people that have amazing weight loss stories. I love reading them all on here.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living?: I'm an office manager in a dental office.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time?: Cardio
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers?: Not faithfully...I have to get better about that.
M is for MOTIVATION...Which gives you more, Mirror or Scale?: Very tough...both for me. My clothes fitting better is even more of a motivator.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname?: Same as my yahoo email. (Basically it's my last name plus some things!)
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis?: I'm good about getting 48, but trying to make sure I get 64.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily?: A VERY big problem for me....maybe 1-2/day.

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?: 3-4 days. Varies in time.
S is for STATUS...Married, Single, Involved, Other?: Single :( Anyone know any nice, single guys for me?!
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in?: Central Standard Time
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby?: Napping
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose?: Somewhere tropical once I get my bikini body ready!
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program?: No, but I do use weights regularly.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks. For the scale to start moving down again.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you allow choices to push you forward or dwell on them?: I've had a hard time with this sometimes, but trying to contain any negative thoughts and just keep plugging along.
Z is for ZERO...name one thing you couldn't live without?: My family
