I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
Maybe it's bad if your weight goes up a pound and you get a little discouraged.
Maybe it's good if you have strayed a little and you see that it goes up some and get back on track.
But when the weight stays the same for a while, that's when frustration sets in.
I just need to find a happy medium.
I don't want to give in to food.
I eat healthy most of the time so i will keep plugging along.
It will come off eventually.
I really need to stay on track with the calories because my OA keeps me from walking very long or burning off any extra calories.
That is what I need to do. Keep the calories in check.
I will reach my goal and learn how to keep control of portions for the right amount of calories for me.
