So I go to weight watchers, and yes Im losing weight and doing well but if you added up all the up 1lb and up 2lbs down Ive really kind of not been staying focused. Ive been really good for the last 3 weeks totally dedicated to my workouts at least 5 days a week and keeping track of the points Im eating. So last week I had a 4lb loss and this week I had a 3lb loss. My new goal is to stay focused and see what kind of a streak I can go on with solid loss or no gain weigh ins. Even if its .5lbs I'll take it!
