redefining the next 5 weeks

So for the ITC challenge this week we've been asked to list 5 things that we would like to accomplish for ourselves in the next 5 weeks.
So here are mine...
1 - Lose another 7lbs total for the 10 weeks
2 - Keep up the 10,000 steps a day
3 - Take all 3 dogs out for a walk not just Daisy
4 - Keep up water
5 - Keep up my exercise routine and make it habit
Both fitness/weight loss related, and well-being related.
The challenge is to complete one of these goals by the end of this week.
I am going to work on a couple.
****added extra,,,, 6. Do at least 60 mins of C and 15 of ST a day
7. Better managing my time to do this!!
