something old, something new

I have never been one for spin class but after 2 years decided to give it another try at the coaxing of my trainer to try new cardio ventures.
I hate to admit but at my current fitness level I actually really enjoyed the change in activity.
It was fun being part of a group fitness activity and challenging myself in new ways.
For those of you who know me, it will never replacing boxing-but let's be honest in my mind nothing is that good.
Nice to give myself some new options at the gym.
Although my butt is still still pretty sore so not all of me is on board yet :)
