Too many goals?

I have wanted to post goals for awhile. But I am in a quandary. After being on Sparkpeople actively for 2 yrs, I feel I should be able to post daily, log all my food, get 8 hours of sleep, get my servings for freggies, do at least 20 minutes of exercise and everything else I "should" be doing...... In fact I "should be" at goal weight.
And yet I am not!
In fact, like many of you, I have gained weight in the last 3 weeks. I don't want to have too many goals and then fail. My self confidence isn't there and failure might send me over the edge.
So my goal for this week (which I started 3 days ago) are 2 things, 1) Turn off the TV at 9 pm and turn off the lights at 10 pm. If I fall asleep by 10:30 and get up at 6:30, I will get 8 hours of sleep. Goal 2) is to drink 64 oz of water daily. I did manage that one yesterday but still have 16 oz left tonight and it is 9:15. So off to drink my water, read a book and have lights out by 10.
