I really like Les Mills classes - BodyJam is my favorite!! It is a dance class that focuses more on actually dancing and learning moves (rather than Zumba which I feel is more like aerobics from the 90's) I also love BodyPump which is a weight lifting class!!

I wish I could love spin. I really want to love it - but my butt ... hates it! I mean, who makes those bicycle seats???

Kickboxing is pretty fun. All the punching makes my arms tired! How nice of your brother to watch the girls for you on a regular basis! My fave classes were always the dancing ones like Step or Zumba.

i loooove your vlogs!!! dont ever stop doing them! =) and i love kickboxing as well! i dont go to a gym, because we live out in the middle of no where lol and i would have to drive quite a ways to get to the nearest gym! so i rely on my tredmill, and workout dvds. i really like tae bo and jillians fat banishing boosting metabolism, because she does do a lot of kickboxing! so does turbo jam, so i do like that one as well. i just feel so empowered and strong! like, "yeah, im woman here me ROAR!!" hahaha. =p honestly, i dont really enjoy the zumba dvds. i get very bored with them! I think maybe a class would be more fun. havent tried yoga, but i feel like i would be bored with that as well. keep up the good work, you'll be in the 150's in no time!!
