Once again I am on a successful weightloss journey. I am eating my veggies and beans and trying whole grains I never have had. I am loving all my foods so its makes it easy to stay on track.

I have figured out what i can eat out and I have become one of those people that ask the waitress to change allmost everything on my plate. I finally realized that I was paying for it so I should have it my way.

I am enjoying exercise and can see how much more flexable I am becoming. I get up in the morning and figure out when I getting the exercise in and then do it. No more excuses.

When I started this journey in Oct. my BP was 147/82. It dropped as soon as I loss weight and began exercising, but when I took it today it was 106/70. It hasn't been there in years.

I bought another size down in pants today and it just feels good.

All the little successes just mean a little more this time. Don't get me wrong, it felt good last time but this time it feels complete. I don't think I really believe I could keep it off (of course when you feel that way you won't). This time I know I will. I am working hard and have earned this. I deserve !

Did I mention I am turing 60 this month. Bring it on, I am ready!!!!

    I'd never guess you were turning 60... having just turned 45 (or was that 46?? I cant remember) last week. LOL Your blog gives me hope. I'm tweaking my foods again and I like what you said about appreciating it all the 2nd time. You give me hope gurl... and you are looking fabulous!! HUGS 2 u!
