January 10 update

One of my goals for this year is to eat "clean" (less processed foods, no preservatives). I started out with a plan from the January 2012 Oxygen plan, but quickly veered off from it, using the plan as a guideline only. You can read more about it in my public blog: workonourselves.blogspot
I am still working on the Official January Jumpstart Workout here on SparkPeople, and that is going well. I also joined a 21-day yoga challenge on Yoga Journal's web site. One of my goals is to practice yoga 20 minutes a day, so this helps get me started on the right track.
So far, I'm doing well with all my New Year's goals. I hope yours are going well, too!
