Serious this time

Besides eating right, and going to Curves, I also joined a running class. It's supposed to get us ready to run a 5K in 12 weeks. I've always wanted to run so mow maybe I can. About a year ago I started the Couch to 5K program, but after a couople of weeks got really sick with pneumonia and took a long time to get my strength back. So I just quit on the C25K. This program is very like it so I'm excited again and am doing it with my husband and about 28 other people from our church. First class was Sunday afternoon and it was hard but fun.
