Alright, I put down my 2012 goals, but now I need to condense that and make my January goals.
~Level up! I'm 84 (81 after I post this) points from the next spark trophy!
~Lose 5 lbs. I know that's not much, but that's what I need to really get me going. I'm one of those people that REALLY needs to see a change on the scale or I lose my momentum pretty fast.
~Track my food for ATLEAST one solid week.
~Even if I'm not practicing it, set a solid routine down for myself.
Whew! That's enough for this month! :)
