Struggling to Get Back on Track

I just haven't been feeling it lately. emoticon I haven't been exercising consistently for a long time, even though I know that I need to, and I've been becoming less consistent about tracking my food, too. I know that I have to put down the excuses and just do it, but I've been feeling so depressed and tired lately that I'm having a hard time talking myself into it. I know that I felt better when I was exercising consistently and would feel better if I could get back to my routine. Why is it so difficult for me to get back on track?

    Some times are like that! Can you promise yourself something if you take one baby step, such as marching in place during a commercial, or for 5 minutes, using a timer. Any step in the right direction will help.
