So when I looked at my goals for my calories, fat, protein ect I thought that it would be hard to come close to that. So not true, after I logged my breakfast it became clear to me what I have been doing to myself. My calorie intake was almost maxed out and it was just breakfast. That just amazes me and had opened my eyes so here is to tomorrow and a better day emoticon
