I've had PCOS for a few years now and I've been doing some research and I think that it's part of the reason that I'm struggling with losing weight. I went to my Dr on Saturday and she comfirmed my suspicions. She put me on glucophage to stabalize my hormones and hopefully boost my chances of weight lose. I'm so sick of yo-yoing up and down with my weight and now I'm at my highest weight ever.
The other part is me...my husband has been dropping the weight with little to no effort and not even exercising. I'm happy for him! I'm just so discouraged because I've been trying so hard with little to no results.
Today is my fresh start...I'm going to push forward and try harder. I'm on track with tracking my food so far today. I just need to get to my basement and hop onto one of my pieces of exercise equipment. I'd also like to get some strength training done today.
I did really good yesterday. I was a little high on calories, but I was able to do 30 min on my recumbent bike. :o) I did 2 min of Bicep curls.
