2012: Week 2 Smart Goals

SMART Goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely
Nutrition: eat within calorie limit, stay within range on p/c/f (protein/carbs/fats), drink 8 glasses of water, 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies (daily).
Fitness: 30-60 minutes of cardio (daily), January Jumpstart Challenge Videos (5x week).
Motivation: Read My Utmost For His Highest devotion and One Year Bible Daily Entry (daily).
Accountability: Participate in Just Do It Team Challenge, Participate in Florida Team Golf game, blog twice regarding progress (2x week).
Spread the Spark: Visit each of my Spark Friends this week and encourage them in their journey.
The goals are similar to last week with just a little more added to them. Hoping to have a much better week in balancing the nutrients each day. Admittedly today was not the best day, it started in a rush and for the most part the things I ate were lots of empty calories. The rest of the week will go better I am sure!
