This week I was still munching on the holiday goodies and as a result I gained another pound. This ends now -- the goodies are gone and I'm making better food choices. Now I need to do portion control.
My goals for the week were --
At least five minutes of cardio at least three times this week. Done
Core work at least three times this week. Done
64 oz of water a day. Done
Cut down on the snacks at work that are nutritionally empty. Better, but not real good
Cut down on the diet soda. Did cut down, but I'm still drinking some.
Continue the clutter clearing. Didn't do real well on this.
I will work on the same goals for the next week.
