Monday Re-Start

Sunday, January 08, 2012

Monday, January 9th 2012 is my goal day and I am 3 pounds away. Yup, didn't quite make it. But so what. i've made incredible progress over the last year. I wanted to meet my 55th birthday in good health. I did that. And I managed to hold on the loss of 47 pounds through the holidays. Not bad, I think.

So now I start again with a new goal for 2012: to reach a BMI that's healthy for me. That means re-starting my programs as if for the first time to lose an additional 16 pounds. I haven't been at that weight in years. I don't expect it to be easy, but I do expect it to happen. Tomorrow it begins. More goals to come...
