New Year - New Battle - Same WAR

Ok I'm ready again. I've never given up and that is what counts.
My weight is way up but I'm ready to do what it takes to get it back down.
Tonight I did three good things:
1-- Ate a low calorie balanced dinner
2--Prepared my lunch for tomorrow and entered into my tracker
3--Had a cup of Teavana tea instead of a dessert
