Eat to Live - Day 6 (Weight Goal)

Yesterday was Day 6. I still didn't get to bed when I wanted to. I went to bed at midnight, fell asleep around 1am and got up around 9:30am.
This is what I ate:
-apricots soaked in unsweetened almond milk
-guacamole on celery
-spring mix salad squirted with lemon and strawberry flavored balsamic vinegar
It was way too much fruit but I think that can be okay sometimes. I think it helped flush out my digestive system with all the water and fiber in the fruit. The spring mix salad wasn't a lot because it was all I had left.
I've lost 7 lbs. since starting the 6 Week Plan on Monday. I'm sure most of that is water weight. My goal is now to weigh 150 lbs by March 14. That is the lowest I can go with SparkPeople's maximum of 2 lbs per week. If I lose more than 2 lbs in a week I can adjust my goal accordingly.
My first meal today was a big romaine salad with carrots, green beans, mushrooms, and onions, covered with what I like to call a PB&J salad dressing (because that's what it tastes like). I made the Creamy Blueberry Dressing from ETL but I substituted the cashew butter for no-salt-added natural peanut butter because that's what I have.
I'm going to make chili in the slow cooker. I'm going over to my parents' place to get some mail and hang out with my family.
My goal is still to get to bed by 10pm, lights out at 9 or 9:30pm. :)
