What I've Done Right

Thanks to fellow Sparker, D2BD-DIVA, for the idea of focusing on the positive things we've done rather than obsessing about what we messed up on. She listed and challenged her team to list 3 things they've done right in the New Year. So here goes...
1. I've tracked my food daily which helps me eat better.
2. I've increased my long run to 8 miles with no problems and would've never dreamed I could do that.
3. I've been conscious everyday of being a kinder, easier "Me". I can get so worked up some times.
Even if you don't blog about it, I hope you'll take time to list what you've done right so far in 2012. Personally, I think I should do this more often.
