Gym Class

I did the "Cardio Kickbox" class at the gym this morning and I think the class actually kicked my butt. emoticon. I felt like walking out 10 minutes into the class because I wasn't getting the moves. I'm beyond uncoordinated, if everyone is going right then I'm going left. If they're going up then I'm going down. I was determined to not be a quitter and to tough it out. I just kept thinking, "as long as I just keep moving." The class was good and challenging which I enjoyed and I think towards the end I was actually in sync with everyone else...... Or at least in my mind anyway. emoticon

I played basketball for about 15 minutes after class emoticon


I'll be trying the Aqua Aerobics class one day next week. emoticon

    I'm loving it. Stick with it gurl! The famous saying, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall?...Practice, practice, practice!" applies to all parts of life. The stronger your core muscles, the better your coordination will get...so keep it up, keep it moving! emoticon
