I did the "Cardio Kickbox" class at the gym this morning and I think the class actually kicked my butt.
. I felt like walking out 10 minutes into the class because I wasn't getting the moves. I'm beyond uncoordinated, if everyone is going right then I'm going left. If they're going up then I'm going down. I was determined to not be a quitter and to tough it out. I just kept thinking, "as long as I just keep moving." The class was good and challenging which I enjoyed and I think towards the end I was actually in sync with everyone else...... Or at least in my mind anyway.
I played basketball for about 15 minutes after class
I'll be trying the Aqua Aerobics class one day next week.
