Reason #1 to get back on track!

Well I have not been off to a very good start (I mean restart). I just could not find the impetious to get back on track. Really? the 10 pound weight re-gain wasn't enough?
Any how, I baked and decorated my step-grandsons birthday cake w/o too much sneaking and when I was getting getting dressed my new jeans that I bought a mere 2 weeks ago were really snug and my blouse was the same. I wanted to cry! but I couldn't blame anyone else but me!! At his party I did not overindulge (too much) but there we absolutely NO healthy choices...Sloppy Joes, Tortilla Chips, and cheesy sauce, and of course cake and ice cream.. I limited myself to one Joe and a handful of chips and just a bit of sauce and 1/24 pc. of cake-no icing(I was starving when I arrived, bad move)
This morning I woke with a renewed determination and not only wrote down my food choices but actually tracked them as well...and I ate at the kitchen table instead of on the couch!!
I know I will continue b/c I have to!!
