Ok so over the holiday i put on 2 lbs of the 5 i already lost, i have now lost those 2 lbs again but i can't help but feel like i am stuck in a rut, i am exercising everyday instead of every other day now, and i am eating smaller portions. I know it doesn't come over night but when i look at my reports i am supposed to be at 128 and i am still at 134.
I am so frustrated, i am trying to do everything i can think of to motivate myself and its not helping.
I have my wedding dress (in the bag so my honey can't see it) hanging on my closet door, i have motivational signs hanging on my wall that i change everyday, i just am at a loss of what i can do to make myself work harder.
HELP please!

    I agree, try changing it up. even your nutrition, try new foods and exercises. read your spark book an dont beat yourself up! at least with myself the more i become depressed and beat myself up the worst i get. ive also realized that its very important to pay attention to other things like realizing that it i got all my servings of water or veggies, pay attention to the way your clothes look and feel. i havent lost any weight yet accoring to the scale but i am seeing a change in my body. keep it up you can do it! and you can always text me when you need a friend! emoticon

    Try a different workout. There are several free videos available on-line. There are also lots of inexpensive workout DVDs available at department stores. I like to vary my workouts: karate, boxercising, rhythm walking, bootcamp, and dancing workouts. I find changing it up often helps keep you interested and really does help shed the pounds.
