Getting back to my 'Aha moment!'

So every time lately I see the title of my October "Aha moment" blog entry on my home page, I feel a bit guilty ..... because I haven't been acting on the great revelation I had back there in October. My October "Aha moment" was that:
"I'm failing at consistent healthy eating because I'm failing to Plan Ahead."
Okay --- the light bulb just went on again for me. ....The same light bulb, I think --- maybe I'm a bit of a slow learner? Maybe we can settle for calling it a very long 'power outage'. Lol. Stubbornly sticking to my bad habits is probably more like it, really.
But enough of all that ... as I write this we're just heading into a brand new day, a brand new week ... and I have the opportunity for a brand new start!
So as of right now, I'm going to start planning ahead for what I'll eat the following day, and do this every day. Not down to minute details, but definitely a good, solid framework. Let's face it, I would probably never plan ahead to eat 2/3 of a large bag of potato chips, or 2 chocolate bars in one day or ..... you get the idea. But when I haven't planned ahead, with my current level of willpower I can easily do things like that, especially when I get into 'mindless snacking' mode.
So ... notebook in hand ... here we go!
