Finished Week 1 C25K

A successful week with the couch to 5k program this week. It was definitely easier on day 3 than it was on day 1. I also upped my activity this week. Added 30 minutes of cardio on my strength training days. I've also been taking the dog for longer walks.

Next week is going to be a challenge. I start the Battle of the Trainers Boot Camp. I'm excited to get started. The only problem will be with the time. I usually get my workout done in the mornings. I'm a morning person for sure. But my trainer has scheduled our boot camp for 7pm! This is going to require a shift in my schedule. I know I need to be flexible, but I've been doing so well with my exercise schedule as it is, I'm afraid to change it. I suppose I could stick to my normal fitness routine and add the 7pm classes.

I'm also afraid of this routine change due to my eating schedule. I have things pretty regulated, and having to delay my dinner to go to boot camp is a little off putting. I'm sure I will work it out. I just switch a few things around.
