Eat to Live - Day 5 (So Much Easier to Stay Up)

Yesterday was Day 5. I didn't get to bed when I wanted to. It's so much easier to just stay up and sleep in. This is my biggest issue but I'm hoping eating better will help.
This is what I ate:
- other half of (modified) Eat Your Greens smoothie
- half a big apple
- Simple Guacamole on celery
- plain steamed veggies from a Chinese restaurant (had broccoli, bok choy, snow peas, carrots, and bamboo shoots in it)
- a mango
I might be forgetting something.
I walked 3.6 miles in 90 minutes, burning about 576 calories. I got to bed at about 1am.
My goal is still to get to sleep by 10pm, lights out at 9 or 9:30pm. (I think if I keep writing it here it will eventually sink in...)
I need to eat more. I need to make sure I have at least one big salad everyday. I'm going to my parent's place tonight. I'm going to bring food with me to eat, including an unopened box of organic romaine lettuce salad. I have leftover guacamole and Black Bean Bundle fixings. I can bring ingredients to make that chili I still have yet to make.
